Registration Fees, Method of Payments & Cancellation Policy

Registration Types

  • Individual Registration - For Individual, Institutional, Corporate members and non-members.

  • Group Registration - For Educators/Non-Profit Registration types only - Use this option when registering groups of two or more. Group discounts are available starting with the third registration. In order to receive the group discount, groups must register all registrants at one time.

  • Exhibitor/Sponsor - Please refer to your organizations exhibitor or sponsorship agreement for the allocated number of complementary conference registrations. For additional conference registrations, please complete separate registrations using the corporate registration type.

Registration Fees

Registration includes continental breakfast, refreshment breaks and lunch on Wednesday & Thursday and a reception followed by a Dinner and Town Hall Forum on Wednesday evening.

Cancellation/Refunds/Substitution

If a registrant is unable to attend the conference, CoSN must receive a written request by February 10, 2003 to receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee. Confirmed registrants who fail to attend and do not cancel by February 10, 2003 will be charged the entire registration fee. Cancellations received by CoSN prior to February 10, 2003 will be sent a verification of receipt and the refund will be processed 30 days after the end of the conference. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Substitutions will be accepted if authorized in writing by the registrant.

Payment

  • By check made payable to CoSN (Federal ID# 52-1774773). Payment must be received prior to the start of the conference.

  • By Purchase Order number. Purchase orders must be paid within 30 days of the conference. Note: your confirmation letter is considered your invoice/receipt. A separate invoice will NOT be mailed.

  • By credit card (MasterCard or Visa)

Registration Confirmation

When you complete your registration online you will receive a "Receipt of Registration." This is not a confirmation letter. A final confirmation letter will be sent electronically after verification of your member status, registration fees and, if applicable, processing of your credit card payment. A copy of your confirmation letter should be sent with all payments.
