Exhibit Booth

Non-Members: $1,200

As an exhibitor, your organization will receive:

• An 8' deep x 10' wide exhibit booth with 3' sidewalls, one 6' skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket and a booth identification sign. (Note: The exhibit hall is not carpeted.) Electricity, connectivity and audio/visual equipment are an additional expense and will need to be coordinated directly with the hotel.
• Two complimentary conference registrations.
• 50-word organizational profile and logo included in conference program.
• Continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches and receptiona in the exhibit area.
• Your organization listed on the conference website.
• Organization listed on all conference marketing materials.
• An electronic list of attendees.

Tabletop Exhibit

CoSN Member: $600
Non-Member: $800

Space for tabletop displays are very limited. As an exhibitor, your organization will receive:

• One 6' x 30" skirted and draped table, one chair and a booth identification sign. [Note: The exhibit hall is not carpeted.] Electricity, phone lines and computer monitors are an additional expense and will need to be coordinated directly with the hotel.
• One complimentary conference registration.
• 25-word organizational profile and logo included in conference program.
• Continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches and receptions in the exhibit area.

Booth Selection

CoSN will endeavor to assign space according to the order in which applications are received and will make every effort to accommodate your choice. Full payment is required at the time your exhibit or sponsorship reservation is made. Booth space will be reserved when payment is received. A small number of booths have been designated for only top-level sponsors to offer prime visibility. Send in your completed application early for the best booth placement.
