Hotel Accommodations
Attention: Our room block has been filled. Due to the Hyatt Hotel’s expected occupancy over the dates of our conference they are unable offer our group rate. Reservations are being accepted according to availability at the normal room rates. If the desired room at the Hyatt is unavailable, please try the Hilton National Airport, which is across the street from the Hyatt. The number for Hilton's national reservation desk is 800/695-7551.
Early Departure/Late Check-Out Fees
Upon making a reservation, receiving a confirmation and checking into the Hyatt Regency Crystal City, all guests will be asked to confirm their date of departure. At this time you may change the departure date. After check-in, should you choose to depart earlier than the agreed upon departure date, a $50.00 early checkout penalty will be charged. Guests that have a late check-out will be charged according to their departing time. If departing time is between 1:00 PM. - 3:00 PM. the charge is $50.00. For guests departing between 3:00 PM. - 6:00 PM. there will be a charge of one-half of the quoted room rate and guests departing after 6:00 PM. will be charged the full rate.
Parking
Parking is available at the hotel for $20 per day with in/out privileges for overnight guests and $18.00 for 6-12 hours.
Shuttle to/from Reagan National Airport
Complimentary shuttle service is provided from 6:00 AM. – 12:00 AM. by the Hyatt Regency Crystal City to and from the hotel and the Crystal City Metro Station and Reagan National Airport. The hotel is not within walking distance to a metro station. Pick up at the Metro Station is 10 and 50 minutes after the hour. For airport arrivals, please use the courtesy phone available in the baggage claim area to arrange for your pick up.
