We will be accepting registrations on-site. The Conference registration desk will open Monday, March 1st from 8:00 AM. - 7:00 PM. and Tuesday, March 2nd from 7:30 AM. - 5:00 PM. All questions, changes or additions to an existing registration will be handled on-site. Thank you.

Four Registration Types

• Individual registration - For all single registrations other than below.
  
  
• Group registration for Educators/Non-Profit only - Use this option when registering groups of three or more at the same time. Group discounts are available beginning with the third registration.
  
  
• Scholar (By Invitation Only) - Exclusively for State Directors of Technology, Urban/Minority Chief Technology Officers and Southern States Rural Education Technology Leaders. For more information, send requests to info@cosn.org. Funding for the scholarships is provided by BellSouth, Gateway and HP, as well as a grant from the National Science Foundation.
  
  
• Exhibitor/Sponsor - Please refer to your organizations exhibitor or sponsorship agreement for the allocated number of complementary conference registrations. For additional conference registrations, please complete separate registrations using the corporate registration type.

Cancellations/Refunds/Substitutions

Cancellations are no longer being accepted. Substitutions will only be accepted if authorized in writing by the registrant.

• By check made payable to CoSN (Federal ID# 52-1774773). Payment must be received prior to the conference.
• By Purchase Order. Purchase orders must be paid 30 days after the conference. [Note: your confirmation letter is considered your invoice/receipt. A separate invoice will NOT be mailed.]
