Sponsorship Opportunities

Corporate members can expand benefits of their membership through a range of sponsorships that offer greater visibility, special recognition and the opportunity to position your products and services with K-12 technology decision makers. This approach allows you to decide your level of exposure based on your marketing strategy, goals and budget.

Sponsorships are available for an individual initiative, project or event, or as part of a "Corporate Partner Package." These packages are tiered with levels of sponsorship corresponding to the varied levels of benefit and provide the opportunity to sponsor leadership initiatives, projects and events, as well as the CoSN's annual K-12 School Networking Conference.

Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

All Sponsorship Levels Include the Following Benefits:

• Acknowledgement on signage at the conference of your sponsorship level.
• Organization's logo on screens in plenary sessions.
• Distinctive mention at opening and closing plenary session at conference (Gold level and up).
• Your organization listed on the conference website.
• A sign with your organization's logo featured at the sponsored event(s).
• Sponsor of Capitol Hill Reception.
• Opportunity for your organization to provide an insert for the attendees' conference bags.
• Organization listed on all conference marketing materials.
• One 8' x 10' exhibit booth with 3' sidewalls, one 6' skirted table, two chairs and a booth identification sign.
• Opportunity to distribute literature or giveaways at sponsored function(s).
• Sponsor ribbons designating level for registered attendees of sponsoring organization.
• An electronic list of attendees.

Platinum Sponsor - $35,000

Additional Benefits:

• Sponsor of the Town Hall Forum and Dinner. Each year the Town Hall Forum features a debate on a hot topic in education technology. All conference attendees participate in this key event.
• Sponsor of conference bags. An attractive conference tote bag with your company logo on one side and the conference logo prominently displayed on the opposite side of the bag. Sponsor may insert an additional piece of literature or giveaway into the bag.
• Five complimentary conference registrations for staff.
• Full-page color advertisement on the back or inside front cover of the conference program.
• Opportunity to present a vendor spotlight session.
• An additional 8' x 10' exhibit booth in prime location.

Gold Sponsor - $25,000

Additional Benefits:

• Co-sponsor of two conference lunches held in the exhibit hall where attendees have the opportunity to network and learn from exhibitors.
• Four complimentary conference registrations for staff.
• Full-page color advertisement placed at the beginning of the conference program.
• Opportunity to present a 30-minute vendor spotlight session.
• Opportunity for a company representative to give brief remarks at plenary session.

Silver Sponsor - $15,000

Additional Benefits:

• Co-sponsor of conference reception held in the exhibit hall.
• Three complimentary conference registrations for staff.
• Full-page color advertisement in conference program.

Bronze Sponsor - $7,000

Additional Benefits:

• Sponsor two continental breakfasts and four refreshment breaks.
• Two complimentary conference registrations for staff.
• Full-page black and white advertisement or a half-page color advertisement in conference program.

Co-Contributing Sponsor - $3,500

Additional Benefits:

Literature Display - $500

Display up to two items on designated tables near conference registration. This fee does not include charges for shipping or material. handling.

International Symposium Sponsorship - $15,000 (Tier 1) and $7,500 (Tier 2)

This event will bring together researchers and education leaders from around the world to investigate practical implications of education technology research on teaching and learning. Anticipated attendance is 150 domestic and international educators. Benefits of sponsorship include:

• Acknowledgement on all conference and symposium marketing materials and correspondence with international delegates.
• Acknowledgement in the conference program, conference website, signage at the conference and symposium and display of logo on screens in plenary sessions.
• 100-word organizational profile and logo included in conference program.
• Full-page black and white advertisement in conference program.
• Two complimentary conference and symposium registrations for staff.
• Distinctive mention at opening and closing plenary sessions at symposium.
• One 8' x 10' exhibit booth with 3' sidewalls, one 6' skirted table, two chairs and a booth identification sign.
• Recognition with sponsor ribbon.
• Electronic copy of the final attendee list.

Tier 1 sponsors receive all of the benefits above, plus:

• Upgrade to a full-page color advertisement in the conference program.
• Opportunity to provide an insert into the conference attendee conference bags.
• Opportunity to distribute literature or giveaways (approved by CoSN) at symposium.
