Important Dates

  • January 24, 2005: Early-bird registration deadline
  • February 18, 2005: Last day to make hotel room reservations
  • March 8, 2005: Pre-registration closes
  • March 15, 2005: Registration cancellation accepted in writing until this date. A $50 fee will apply
  • March 21-23, 2005: On-site registration open

Registration Types

  • Individual registration - For all single registrations (Member or Non-Member) other than below.

  • Group registration for Educators/Non-Profit only - Use this option when registering groups of three or more at the same time. Group discounts ($199) are available beginning with the third registration.

  • Scholar (By Invitation Only) - A limited number of scholarships, sponsored by HP, for State Directors of Technology are available to assist K-12 leader in attending CoSN’s annual conference, Washington Advocacy Day and the International Symposium. The number of scholarships is limited. Priority is given to early applications. For more information, contact Sharon Cannon at 866/267-8747 x115 or info@cosn.org.

  • Exhibitor/Sponsor - Please refer to your organizations exhibitor or sponsorship agreement for the allocated number of complementary conference registrations. For additional conference registrations, please complete separate registrations using the corporate registration type.
