Hotel Accomodations
The block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City Hotel has been filled. We have arranged for
additional rooms at the Crystal City Courtyard by Marriott at the rate of $199 single or double + applicable
taxes. The block of rooms will be held until Friday, February 10, 2006. We encourage attendees to not delay in
making their room reservations. The Courtyard is one block from the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

The Hyatt Regency Crystal City Hotel is adjacent to Washington's Reagan National Airport and minutes away from Old Town Alexandria, downtown
Washington, DC and Georgetown. The hotel is conveniently located near the Metro rapid transit system and is directly accessible from I-395 and major
thoroughfares. Surrounding the hotel are nearby shopping, offices, restaurants and health clubs. Other nearby points of interest include the US
Capitol, the National Mall and Monuments, Arlington National Cemetery and George Washington University.
Early Departure/Late Check Out:
Upon making a reservation, receiving a confirmation and checking into the Hyatt Regency Crystal City, all guests will be asked to confirm
their date of departure. At this time you may change the departure date. After check-in, should you choose to depart earlier than the agreed
upon departure date, a $50.00 early checkout penalty will be charged. Guests that have a late check-out will be charged according to their
departing time. If departing time is between 1:00-3:00 PM, the will be is $50.00. For guests departing between 3:00-6:00 PM, the charge will be
one-half of the quoted room rate. Guests departing after 6:00 PM will be charged the full rate.
Parking:
Parking is available at the hotel for $18.00 for 6-12 hours or $20 per day with in/out privileges for overnight guests.
