Pre-Conference Workshop: Planning for Improved Cyber Security

This workshop will introduce a set of tools that will allow you to determine your district's security status, create a cost-efficient and incremental improvement plan, evaluate your progress, and - most importantly - gain solid administrative and community support for the effort. Experience teaches us that no IT leader can ever assume that they have every security problem covered. This workshop shows how to create a strong foundation and build upwards - while improving your system's overall performance and usefulness at the same time.
