How to Register

Pre-Registration has now CLOSED. We will be accepting onsite registration. The onsite registration hours will be:

• Sunday, March 5: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Monday, March 6: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Tuesday, March 7: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

The last day to cancel a registration and receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee is Friday, February 17, 2006.

Payment MUST be received prior to the conference. The only exception to this would be a school district paying with a Purchase Order. If payment has not been received by March 1st, you WILL be asked to provide documentation/proof that payment has been sent or provide payment onsite in order to attend.

Registration Confirmation:

When you complete your registration online, the last screen will be a "Receipt of Registration." This is NOT a confirmation letter, but you may want to print this screen for your files. A separate confirmation letter/invoice will be sent to you electronically immediately upon registering. If you do not receive this, be sure to check your spam filters for a message from the CoSN Registrar [cosn@eventrebels.com]. A copy of your confirmation letter/invoice should be sent with all payments.

Note: An updated confirmation letter/invoice will be sent if we find a discrepancy in your registration fees after verifying your membership status and/or registration type. We will also send periodic reminders of balances due before and after the conference.
