Friday, February 17, 2006: Registation Cancellation Deadline
Monday, March 6, 2006: On-site Registration Opens

Registration Types:

• Individual registration - For all single registrations (Member or Non-Member), except for sponsors, exhibitors, and group registrations.
• Group registration (for Educators/Non-Profit only) - Use this option when registering groups of three or more at the same time. Group discounts will be applied strating with the third registration.
• Exhibitor/Sponsor - Please refer to your organization's exhibitor or sponsorship agreement for the allocated number of complementary conference registrations. For additional conference registrations, please complete separate registrations using the individual registration/corporate type.

Registration Fees:

Registration includes: (2) Continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, (2) lunches and a reception.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Substitutions:

If a registrant is unable to attend, CoSN must receive a written request by Friday, February 17, 2006 to provide a refund, less a $50 processing fee. Confirmed registrants who fail to attend and do not cancel by February 17th will be charged the entire registration fee. All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Substitutions will be accepted if authorized in writing by the registrant.

• Check (made payable to CoSN Federal ID# 52-1774773)
• Purchase Order - Purchase Orders must be paid within 30 days after the conference.

Notes:
Payment MUST be received prior to the conference. If payment has not been received in CoSN's national office by Wednesday, March 1, 2006, registrants MUST provide payment onsite in order to pick up their registration packets.

A confirmation letter/invoice will be sent electronically to registrants' email address. Please include a copy of this letter with all payments.

Organizations paying for more than one registrant with the same check or purchase order MUST include a list of the names of each registrant and and her or his registration amount with payment.
