As an exhibitor, your organization will receive:

As a table top exhibitor, your organization will receive:
- A 6' x 30" skirted and draped table, one chair and a booth identification sign;

- Over six hours of dedicated time for attendees in the exhibit hall;
- Organization listed on conference website with marketing contact information for arranging appointments and a link to company’s home page;
- Organization listed on all conference marketing materials;
- Listing of sponsors and exhibitors in conference program book by primary focus area;
- Opportunity to submit an application to host a birds-of-a-feather luncheon roundtable discussion. Details regarding submission deadlines, how to submit an application and the selection criteria will be included in the sponsor/exhibitor confirmation/logistic letter;
- Special promotion sent to all registrants three weeks prior to conference listing sponsors and exhibitors with a short company blurb, marketing staff that will be attending conference and contact information to set up appointments; and

Booth Selection
CoSN will endeavor to assign space according to the order in which applications are received and will make every effort to accommodate your choice. Full payment is required at the time your exhibit or sponsorship reservation is made. Booth space will be reserved when payment is received. A small number of booths have been designated for only top-level sponsors to offer prime visibility. Send in your completed application early for the best booth placement.

SPONSOR OF CoSN’s 6th ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM: USING GAMES AND SIMULATIONS FOR ENGAGED LEARNING ($15,000 and $7,500)
Held in conjunction with the Annual K-12 School Networking Conference, CoSN organizes a symposium bringing together researchers, key education technology leaders and policy makers from around the world to investigate practical implications of education technology on teaching and learning.
The 2007 International Symposium, to be held March 27, 2007 in San Francisco, CA, will focus on the compelling issue of the role that games, simulations and similar software will play in schools and other educational venues. Gaming and other interactive software primarily exists in the commercial/consumer markets, yet many educators believe they hold the potential to powerfully engage learners, particularly at the primary and secondary education level. TECHNOLOGY LEADER SCHOLARSHIP FUND $5,000 (Sponsorship covers four scholarships)
Additional scholarships may be sponsored in $5,000 increments. Sponsors may either authorize CoSN to select the recipients or select them to reward valued customers/prospective customers.
CoSN is committed to building effective leadership capacity of technology decision-makers at the national, state and district levels to ensure technology has a positive effect on learning. Scholarship support enables school district chief technology officers (CTO’s) and state education technology leaders to participate in the CoSN Annual K-12 Conference and International Symposium. Scholarships cover registration fees plus a travel stipend ($750 per person). These events provide quality professional development, up- to- date research and knowledge to district technology leaders who might not otherwise be able to participate because of budget constraints.

- Acknowledgement on all invitations and correspondence sent to state and district educators;
- Recognition on all appropriate electronic and print materials conference website, conference signage and program book;
- Opportunity to meet with scholarship recipients; and

AWARDS SPONSORSHIP $20,000

SPONSORING CoSN’s ADVOCACY EFFORTS
CoSN maintains a strong and effective voice in policy formation and implementation at the federal level to ensure that legislation and policy serves the interests of all students in our schools. Help ensure that policymakers hear about the value of their investment in technology by supporting CoSN’s advocacy efforts.
Never has advocacy around key education technology issues, such as opposing education technology budget cuts and protecting the Erate, been more important. Your support enables CoSN to undertake our policy and advocacy efforts throughout the year. Examples of CoSN’s advocacy efforts include support for a Washington, DC legislative summit/advocacy event which will be held April 23 & 24, 2007 in partnership with SETDA and ISTE.
CoSN’s advocacy efforts also support the Ed Tech Action Network (ETAN) in partnership with ISTE. ETAN offers a mechanism to inform policymakers in Washington and state capitols of the importance of education technology in fulfilling the mandates of the No Child Left Behind Act and the necessity of providing funds for ed tech programs. To support CoSN’s advocacy efforts and raise awareness of the necessity of funding for technology in our nation’s schools, CoSN will hold A Night of Empowering Ed Tech Advocates: A Silent & Live Auction and Reception for Advocacy on March 29, 2007 at our annual conference in San Francisco, CA.
