Exhibit Hall Special Features
Sponsor Demonstrations: A limited number of demonstrations/mini-tutorials will be made available during the exhibit hall hours for conference sponsors. Each live demonstration will last approximately 15-minutes. Demonstrations may provide attendees with information on new technologies, products or services, share cutting-edge examples of innovative new tools, or serve as a forum on the latest industry trends.
Sponsor/Exhibitor Lounge-Meeting Room:
Our sponsors and exhibitors are bringing their senior executives to meet with conference attendees to answer questions, enhance attendees’ product knowledge, as well as develop important partnerships. There will be an area set aside for attendees, sponsors and exhibitors to conduct meetings and network in a casual seating environment.
Exhibit Hall Hours
The Exhibit Hall will be CLOSED during the educational programs to allow company representatives/exhibit staff to attend the conference sessions.
