We hope that everyone has already made their hotel reservations, if you have not, we have supplied a list of area hotels that you may contact directly or search rates/availability online. Since we know that many of you are not familiar with the area, we hope this list will help you in your search. You may also want to search for hotels in the Capitol Hill, Downtown, and Foggy Bottom area in Washington, DC. Crystal City is a short drive over the 14th Street bridge from DC. Please see local transportation for pick up details on the Hyatt’s shuttle service from the Metro – Metro is not in walking distance to the Hyatt. Please remember if you stay in DC, to give extra time due to traffic delays for even this short distance. We also suggest contacting the Hyatt Regency Crystal City Hotel’s reservation office at 703.418.1234 and ask for “in-house reservations” during the hours of 8:00 am-4:30 pm, Monday-Friday, periodically until February 18th just in case a room becomes available at the group rate due to cancellations. The hotel is conveniently located near the Metro rapid transit system and is directly accessible from I-395 and major thoroughfares. Cancellations All cancellations received between January 29, 2008 and 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date, will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 72 hours prior to your arrival date you will be charged according to the hotel cancellation policy.
