Presenter Terms and Conditions

• Breakout presenters are required to register for the conference and pay the discounted conference registration fee for presenters and travel-related expenses to the conference.
• Presenters CAN NOT market products and or services during the presentation. Sales pitches disguised as presentations will not be considered.
• Presenters should refrain from using brand names and endorsing specific products.
• Book your own hotel accommodations at the conference hotel (if applicable).
• Provide handout materials to support your presentations.
• Submit a copy of your presentation for posting to the website prior to the conference.
• Presenters agree to give CoSN permission to reproduce all material submitted, audio tape/video record and distribute recording of presentation. Presenters agree to waive all claims to any royalties in conjunction with sales of the tapes/recordings. This does not in any way limit the presenters' right to have the materials published or presented in other forms.

What is provided?

All presentation rooms will be set with theater style seating with:

• Data projector
• Screen
• Internet connection
• Audio patch for computers into house sound system
• Lectern microphone for sessions larger than 80 people

Note: Presenters must bring their own laptop computer and adapters for their presentation.
