The Exhibit Floor is considered an integral part of the conference's professional development experience. Participants should use the exclusive exhibit hall hours to explore ideas without schedule conflicts to visit with leading technology vendors and learn about their innovative new products and services that can help meet your district's needs and provide technology solutions.

The Exhibit Hall will be CLOSED during the educational programs to allow company representatives/exhibit staff to attend the conference sessions.

Exhibit Hall Special Features

• Sponsor Demonstrations/Mini Tutorials:
  Select sponsors will host 15-minute demonstrations/mini-tutorials during exhibit hall hours. Demonstrations may provide attendees with information on new technologies, products, or services, share cutting-edge examples of innovative new tools, or serve as a forum on the latest industry trends. Demonstration topics and times will be posted on the conference website in February and in the conference program book.
  
• Attendee/Sponsor/Exhibitor Lounge-Meeting Room:
  Our sponsors and exhibitors are bringing their senior executives to meet with you to answer questions, enhance your product knowledge, as well as develop important partnerships. We have set aside a room for conducting one-on-one meetings and network with our sponsors and exhibitors in a casual seating environment. This room will be available March 11th from 10:00 AM-7:00 PM and March 12th from 7:00 AM-3:30 PM.
