Accommodations
A block of rooms will be held at the Hilton Austin for conference and symposium attendees until February 17, 2009 OR until the room block has been filled, whichever comes first. Availability at the conference hotel is on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the Hotel's prevailing rates. All attendees are responsible for making, changing or canceling their hotel accommodations and travel arrangements.
The group room rate is $199 single or double + applicable taxes (currently 15%). To make reservations call 800.236.1592 or 512.482.8000. To obtain the conference rate, please indicate you are attending the CoSN Annual Conference. For on-line reservations, please include the Group/Convention Code: CSN.
Cancellations
Cancellations received by February 17, 2009, will not be charged a cancellation fee. All cancellations received between February 17, 2009 and 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date, will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 72 hours prior to your arrival date you will be charged according to the hotel cancellation policy.
Cancellation policy applies to all reservations, including those made after February 17, 2009.
