Accommodations
A block of rooms will be held at the Hilton Austin for conference and symposium attendees until January 28, 2009 OR until the room block has been filled, whichever comes first. Availability at the conference hotel is on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the Hotel's prevailing rates. All attendees are responsible for making, changing or canceling their hotel accommodations and travel arrangements.

The group room rate is $199 single or double + applicable taxes (currently 15%). To make reservations call 800.236.1592 or 512.482.8000. To obtain the conference rate, please indicate you are attending the CoSN Annual Conference. It is necessary to secure your first night with a major credit card. The hotel's check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Please check with the reservations department for early departure/late check out fees.

Cancellations
Cancellations received by January 28, 2009, will not be charged a cancellation fee. All cancellations received between January 29, 2009 and 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date, will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

If you cancel within 72 hours prior to your arrival date you will be charged according to the hotel cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy applies to all reservations, including those made after January 28, 2009.
