October 1, 2008 – January 22, 2009: Early Bird Registration
January 23 – February 20, 2009: Regular Fees
February 22, 2009: Registration Cancellation Deadline
Tuesday, March 10, 2009: On-site Registration Opens
Registration Categories
- Individual registration - For all single registrations (Member or Non-Member), except for sponsors, exhibitors, and group registrations.
- Group registration (for Educators/Non-Profit only) - Use this option when registering groups of three or more at the same time. Group discounts will be applied starting with the third registration.
- Exhibitor/Sponsor - Please refer to your organization's exhibitor or sponsorship agreement for the allocated number of complementary conference registrations. For additional conference registrations, please complete separate registrations using the individual registration/corporate type.

Registration Fees Include:
- Welcome reception in the exhibit hall
- Refreshment breaks
- Keynote and plenary session presentations
- Concurrent breakout sessions and roundtable discussions
- Exhibit hall admission/demonstrations/mini-tutorials
- Birds-of-a-Feather roundtable luncheon
- Silent auction and reception for advocacy
Cancellations, Refunds and Substitutions
If a registrant is unable to attend, CoSN must receive a written request by February 22, 2009 to receive a full refund,
less a $50 processing fee. Confirmed registrants who fail to attend and do not cancel by February 22nd will be charged the entire registration fee. All refunds will be processed 30 days after the conference. Substitutions will be accepted if authorized in writing by the registrant.
